Title: Save the Children Program Coordinator
Reports To: Principal, Save the Children
Desired Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, flexible, and nonjudgmental individual who is eager to learn
- Associate degree in related field, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Energetic, motivated, and creative
- Able to work independently
- Available and reliable vehicle for visiting families (mileage reimbursed)
- Competency with computers including previous experience with Windows programming and Internet use
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally for training
- Willingness to collect data and participate in the program evaluation
Job Goal: The Save the Children Program Coordinator will work with the Save The Children Foundation through Riverside Elementary as a Student Interventionist to help assist struggling learners.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Implementation of ELA programs
- Oversee the Implementation of Math programs
- Oversee the Implementation of Accelerated Reader ™ (AR)
- Engage Families in Programming
- Oversee the Implementation of In-School Direct Services
- Support Attendance Tracking
- Ensure Child Safeguarding Polices are Followed
