Title: Save the Children Program Coordinator  

Reports To: Principal, Save the Children  

Desired Qualifications:  

• Highly motivated, flexible, and nonjudgmental individual who is eager to learn  
• Associate degree in related field, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• Energetic, motivated, and creative  
• Able to work independently  
• Available and reliable vehicle for visiting families (mileage reimbursed)  
• Competency with computers including previous experience with Windows programming and Internet use  
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally for training  
• Willingness to collect data and participate in the program evaluation  

  

Job Goal: The Save the Children Program Coordinator will work with the Save The Children  Foundation through Riverside Elementary as a Student Interventionist to help assist struggling learners.  

Performance Responsibilities:  

• Oversee the Implementation of ELA programs  
• Oversee the Implementation of Math programs  
• Oversee the Implementation of Accelerated Reader ™ (AR)  
• Engage Families in Programming  
• Oversee the Implementation of In-School Direct Services  
• Support Attendance Tracking  
• Ensure Child Safeguarding Polices are Followed
